I sewed the binding on the back first and then onto the front. It worked so slick and is now so much more sturdy than hand stitching. I set it up to catch the bottom of the label, too, so that is secure. The pink butterfly is me, and he's the blue one.
And I discovered something new at my new house today... crocuses coming up in the grassy yard. We had a lovely sunny day today. Not many of those so far, but the next few are supposed to be even nicer. If you are living on the East Coast, I hope you will come back and look at my Spring flowers here.
