I've been wanting to paper piece this alphabet for a while... the Vulcan alphabet. This is "A".
Of course, I made a mistake. One of the pieces should be red... I plan to use my fabric paints to fix this problem. I like the make, and plan on making other letters in different red prints on white. WWSS - What would Spock Say? (You can find the patterns on Fandom in Stitches.)

So far, on all my current paper piecing, I've been lucky enough to catch my mistakes before it's too late to correct them. I need to figure out how to use fabric paints to finish the applique Wendy block, since the pieces are just too small to work with.
ReplyDeleteLovely paper piecing you do...I still have your lovely butterfly dozing on my design wall to remind me to try paper piecing...that is on my list for 2018...that and smaller pieces...you do such beautiful work...hugs, Julierose
