Here are some pictures from the house.
Our back porch stairs...
The ironwork on the back porch - there isn't a square inch that the wind didn't deliver some snow.
From the family room window through the blinds. (The @!#$%& blinds you can't move within the panes of glass.) Snow on everything.
Another window view.
I guess we got the 12-18 they were predicting. We stayed in. Luckily we didn't lose any power.
The kicker = winter hasn't officially started yet.
Hugs to you all.
Terri
I hate those blinds inside the windows. When they break, you can't fix them. The snow looks lovely (from afar). We got gusty winds on Wednesday (59/hr), but no snow, thank goodness, just rain yesterday and today. Shoveling gets harder and harder each year.
ReplyDeleteYikes--lotsa snow--we are having freezing rains right now that are supposed to turn into snow overnight...
ReplyDeleteI guess Winter is here...hugs, Julierose
Beautiful snow photos! It is good to have help for the shoveling, it can be very hard work and stress for the heart in cold weather.
ReplyDeleteWHOA!!! That is a lot of snow!! Hope you had groceries so you could hunker down!! Nice to have a neighbor boy - that is sweet of him to shovel!
