Tetris block and purple palms

Week 4 of the Tetris Quilt Along... I won a jelly roll last week!
I have two squares to add into the next block - green and purple, and two spaces on the right that I can maybe fill next week with a piece that will fit in that canyon. Wish me luck...

I'm linking up to the Tetris headquarters at Happy Quilting. You can see the Christmas jelly roll there if you're curious.

Here are the two purples... very rich and regal, I love they way they turned out. Below, they are pictured with their cousins.

I kind of like them next to their fraternal twin.

As you can see I have done no work on the I Spy... Gotta get to that tomorrow.

  1. These blocks are looking good...and the purple is fabulous. Going to be a great quilt!

  2. And its going to be a lovely tetris quilt:)

  3. Congrats on the win!! It will be such a fun jelly roll to play with :) Your block looks great, good luck filling the hole :)

  5. Those are quite beauties--the bottom blocks!

  9. oooooooI like those Tetris! Thanks for the link.

  10. Your Tetris blocks are coming along well, what a fun idea for a quilt along. Love the rainbow blocks best of all though, so elegant and colorful.

  11. Oh my gosh...I love your fern blocks! I must get my teal one sewn for Saturday...I'll post a link to your blog then and everyone can come and see your great blocks!
