I'm still working on my PP Farmer's Wife that I started in 2010! I'm about 10 blocks away from finish, but am taking some time off to make quilts for those who lost their homes in the fire.
Both your butterflies are lovely, Terri. I think they look better using different patterns. More realistic? Thanks so much for linking them with Kaleidoscope of Butterflies.
You sure are going to have one beautiful butterfly quilt when all is said and done. I wish I wasn't such a dyslexic paper piecer or I'd try some myself.
I love them both--so soft and pretty...great job hugs, julierose
ReplyDeleteNice butterflies. I could send you the pattern to Katie Nana, but, it wouldn't be easier (205 pieces of fabric in a 10" square).
ReplyDeleteBoth are so pretty! You have had so much practise that there are no signs of Oops! and Ouch! like in my paper pieced experiments.

ReplyDeleteWell done...they both look so sweet!
ReplyDeleteNice. I tend to stay away from paper piecing. Someday I'll actually use some of the designs I bought years ago! Love that bright pink butterfly.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful butterflies
ReplyDeleteNice use of your PINK scraps!!
ReplyDeleteYour butterflies are beautiful, and so dainty in pink.
